New Year Workshop
As part of a grant initiative, we had the opportunity to host a chocolate workshop for children at Polki MogΔ Wszystko β an organization that actively supports women and children while developing educational, social, and creative initiatives.
During the workshop, participants created sweet boxes using natural ingredients such as dates, dried apricots, prunes, and nuts covered in dark chocolate. The decorating stage brought particular joy, as children enthusiastically customized their creations with dried raspberries, pistachios, sesame seeds, and other natural toppings, creating unique compositions. In addition to the hands-on experience, children had the opportunity to taste different types of chocolate and learn more about its origin and production process β from cocoa beans to the final product. This format combined learning with creativity and made the experience engaging and accessible.
A group of 12 children took part in the workshop, actively participating, asking questions, and enthusiastically engaging in every stage of the process. The atmosphere was warm, open, and filled with joy. These workshops are not only about cooking, but also about developing creativity, confidence, teamwork, and a mindful approach to food.
We thank the Polki MogΔ Wszystko Foundation for their trust and the opportunity to implement projects that bring children new experiences, inspiration, and genuine emotions.
